Stretch & Strength Groups

The stretch and strength training groups explore different stretching exercises that help to identify where there is tension or holding in your body. Developing an awareness and understanding of the tension or holding in your body provides an opportunity to begin to feel exactly what stretches and movements are needed to re-build a supple and strong body, based on what your body is telling you and not what the mind thinks the body needs.

A Thera-Band (can be purchased on the day for $5) and a yoga matt or blanket to exercise on, wear clothing comfortable to exercise in
