Strength Training Groups
Being aware of our body in every movement we can feel and begin to understand how to move and exercise in a way that does not bring tension or hardness to the body.
Gentle Strength Training groups are to develop and build whole body strength, in a gentle and play-full way, feeling every movement in your body and not pushing beyond where your body is at. Strength exercises using thera-bands and hand weights are shared as a group, each exercise working on different body parts or muscles at different levels of strength or range of movement, with the opportunity to feel what works best for your body and understand alternatives for each exercise, or find exercises specific to something you may be feeling in your body.
