Exercise Program Support
Being aware of what you feel in your body during simple and fun exercises, you can begin to feel and understand what movement or exercise your body truly needs and enjoys. Whether you enjoy strength training with hand weights, thera-bands or fit balls, or gentle stretching and re-stabalising exercises will vary from person to person and be based on how your body feels each day.
The Exercise Program Support Sessions introduce exercises for you to test and gently challenge your body with, so you can begin to feel where your body is at physcially and what training it needs. Exercises to do at home, in the gym or swimming pool are then introduced to better support any weaknesses, tensions's or imbalances that you felt in your body. Each private session is completely dffierent as the direction of the sessions is based totally on what your body is showing and telling us that day, also on what you do and do not enjoy. A short-term or long-term exercise program is developed in each session, one that is specific to you that you can whole heartedly commit to and develop your own way and own routine with.
